Meet Hannah

Certified Health Coach

I’m a Holistic Health Coach specialising in women’s hormonal balance.

I support women experiencing painful or missing periods, acne, fatigue, bloating, PMDD, or PCOS to uncover the root causes behind their symptoms and rebuild balance through nutrition, minerals, and nervous system support.

Having completed advanced training in Hormone Health and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), I help women understand the deeper patterns behind low energy, mood changes, skin issues, and cycle irregularities so they can finally work with their bodies, not against them.

After overcoming my own PCOS and post-pill struggles, I’m passionate about showing women that their bodies aren’t broken, they just need the right support to thrive.

I offer 1-2-1 coaching and personalised resources for women ready to restore energy, confidence, and connection to their natural rhythm.

"The results from the programme speak for themselves. I got my first period in 6 months after battling with this for over a year, mood is better and energy."

- Mia

"Sometimes it’s the little things that can make such a difference having dedicated me time with no distractions was a game changer on how I managed everyday stress. Hannah was so friendly and understanding of my situation as she has suffered with PCOS herself. I felt instantly comfortable opening up to her about my situation that I hadn’t really told a lot of people about because of her warm nature."

- Megan

"Hannah was amazing - she reassured me that my feelings about my body were real and helped by giving me easy to implement steps to heal my body. I no longer need daily afternoon naps or rest days on the weekend! I’m back at the gym a few days a week and feel really positive about moving my body again!"
